A Deeper, more Personal, God Found in the Local Church, K.E.

My experience of contacting the believers in the local church has been wonderful. I was a college student who had gone astray from the Lord for quite a number of years. Through some tough experiences during my last years of college, I began to search for something more to life. At that time I did not know what I needed was a turn to the Lord Himself. It was when I met those in the local church that my relationship with the Lord developed. They helped me realize that what I needed was God. My fellow brothers and sisters then guided me into my own personal relationship with the Lord; and it was this that changed my life.

I am so thankful to the Lord that He brought me into contact with the believers in the local church. It was through this contact that I was able to find the real meaning to life and have a deeper and more personal relationship with Him. Praise the Lord for His great mercy on us who really seek Him.
